As your home inspector, my objective is provide our customers with honest and thorough feedback regarding the safety, operation and the condition of a home’s structure, supporting systems and components.
With over 20 years of experience in facility management, systems inspection, safety hazard intervention and specialized equipment applications, my focus will be on ensuring you have the information you need when considering the purchase of a home or building.
We provide everything from buyer’s inspections, pre-listing , new-build , general homeowner maintenance , or inspections for property managers and rental property investors – you can trust me to deliver excellent service.
The responsibility of uncovering potential issues in a home or business is the responsibility of the the buyer, and foregoing an inspection could be a costly mistake in the future as it is not required by seller to disclose issues they may have been aware of. Home inspections help provide the client with information regarding the condition of the systems and components of the home. The inspection is based on the observations made on the day of the inspection, and not a prediction of future conditions.
A general home inspection will not reveal every issue that exists or ever could exist, but only those material defects observed on the day of the inspection. Our focus of any inspection is on the safety of the foundation, electrical system, roofing, and plumbing of your home or business. For the buyer, we ensure that they understand the details about the property that they are purchasing. For sellers, we provide a report that gives 100% full disclosure.
